Newsletter signups and restock requests

A newsletter signup collects your email address and your newsletter consent. A restock request collects your email address, selected piece and size. Newsletter consent on a restock request is optional and unchecked by default. A request does not place an order, reserve stock or collect payment.

Where your details go

Forms are processed and stored by Netlify Forms. The Kiind reviews submissions in its hosting account and receives submission alerts at its Gmail inbox. These alerts can contain the details you submit. Netlify also processes technical information for hosting and spam prevention. Read Netlify’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy for their practices.

Newsletter sending is not connected yet. Signing up records your interest and consent for future Kiind newsletters; it does not sign you up with an outside newsletter service automatically. A product request alone is not newsletter consent. No member account or payment information is collected.

Your browser

Your browser remembers your age confirmation so you do not have to repeat it on every page. Clearing site data removes that choice. This build adds no advertising pixels, third-party analytics or Kit signup.

Keeping or removing your information

Requests are retained for manual review; an automatic deletion schedule has not been set up. Email thekiindd@gmail.com to ask about your information, withdraw newsletter consent or request removal. The owner handles these requests manually, including submission records and related notification emails.

Links to other websites

Artist portfolios, social pages, donation pages and any future partner sites have their own privacy practices. Information you submit directly to those sites is handled by them.
